Support / Pre Paid IT

We are redefining IT support services for a new age of business and tailoring it to scale to any market.

Our model gives the client direct control by purchasing pre paid IT Service Units and consuming them as and when required

  • Service Units (SU) are consumed at an hourly rate
  • In the event where we cannot connect to a PC remotely and it needs to be reloaded, our courier service will collect and return in the Gauteng area
  • To utilise su’s as effectively as possible, our support to our clients are provided telephonically and where required and possible, using remote connectivity

  • The minimum amount of SU’s start at x4
  • Should onsite assistance be a requirement, dispatching support personnel to your location will consume 2su’s for the first hour

  • Su’s expire after 12 months and can be returned for a full refund within the first 7 days after purchasing

For our new clients, we will undertake a Business Services Assessment to map out their current IT infrastructure, software and services, which is then documented and strategically aligned to a business roadmap. 

The assessment is a key component to stabilise the environment if required and to drive strategic changes, bringing down costs and increasing revenue, effectively aligning IT with business requirements and future
